We’ll provide tools and gloves. Please feel free to bring your favorite gloves if you have some. We’ll also bring some snacks and drinks for sharing.

Our wonderful team of volunteers will be removing old farm and barbed wire fencing. The goal is to replace the perimeter fencing with a wildlife-friendly smooth wire fence to serve as a good neighbor for our human and wildlife friends.
This spring, John Muir Laws invited SOLC’s Education Program Manager Tara to be the guest speaker at his Nature Journal Educators’ Forum, an online weekly get-together for teachers of all kinds who use nature journaling in their work.
August gives warm welcomes, fond farewells and our sincerest "Congratulations" to the remarkable Staff of SOLC.
