Description: Here’s a chance for families to explore the Preserve. Bring your little ones and let them discover the wonders of nature. There will be a guided activity as well as lunch by the river. Some walking and lots of exploring. Recommended for children three years and older. Folks are to bring their own picnic lunch.
Southern Oregon Land Conservancy recently purchased and conserved this iconic 352-acre parcel along the Rogue River. For more information on this property go to Conserve the Heart of the Rogue.

Meeting Location: Rogue River Preserve
Difficulty: Easy slow hiking on and off trails or roads. A portable toilet is available at the Preserve.
