Celebration Success
Thanks for the outstanding support!
Our 40th anniversary and Conservation Celebration on October 12 was a spectacular success! The food, silent auction, guest appearances including music by Rum Tum School of Music, all played a part in making it a true celebration! Over 180 guests filled the ballroom at Ashland Hills Hotel with lively conversations. The food was artfully presented and delicious. The expansive silent auction kept everyone bidding until the final moment. Many of you lifted your paddles to Save an Acre. By the end of the evening, we raised a record setting $77,000 for conservation in the Rogue River region because Oregonians LOVE NATURE.
We are honored by the generosity of our members, guests, business sponsors, and event volunteers. A special shout-out to emcee Maria Kelley and special guest Pepper Trail for their inspiring presentations. The evening’s highlight was the Rum Tum School of Music who performed during dinner. Led by director Tish McFadden, thirteen young musicians brought the audience to their feet for a standing ovation. Their performance was truly inspiring!
