Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Test Policy for Southern Oregon Land Conservancy Member Events
Your health and safety, along with the health and safety of SOLC staff and volunteers, is our greatest concern as we plan for our upcoming outdoor member events. We are addressing the increasing hospitalization rates and rapid spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant in our community by implementing a Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Test requirement (for those who are unable to show Proof of Vaccination).
All member event participants will be required to wear masks and maintain a 6’ distance when interacting with individuals outside their household group and when not actively eating or drinking. In addition, we will observe all state-mandated COVID precautions.
Proof of Vaccination
Show COVID Vaccination Card.
Vaccination is defined as two doses of Moderna or Pfizer, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson, and at least 14 days have passed since your final dose.
Proof of Negative Test
If you are unable to show Proof of Vaccination, you may provide a Proof of Negative Test result from a certified clinic taken within 36 hours prior to the event. We will NOT accept at-home, self-administered tests.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping to make our member events a safe place to celebrate and explore conservation together. We also understand if you decide not to participate after reading about the new safety measures we are putting in place. If that is the case, and you have already registered for an event, please let us know so that we can have an accurate count and possibly open up spots at the event for other members.
