development director - F/T exempt

The Development Director is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing all aspects of SOLC’s fundraising, marketing, events, and outreach to achieve annual and long-term financial and partnership goals. They develop, oversee and implement individual, foundation, and planned giving, events, marketing and outreach, working closely with the executive director, conservation staff, board and development committee to identify and cultivate funding sources to meet annual operating budget (approximately $1 million) and major land acquisition campaigns.
