Registration opens on 3/16 at 6:00 am
Take a stroll through the Whetstone Savanna Preserve with SOLC staff. This hike will traverse the diverse habitats of the Preserve with stops at the legacy oak woodland and vernal pool mounded prairie. There will be some casual botany, birding, and a special trip to visit the rare southern Oregon buttercup.

Difficulty: Moderate, low speed hike off-trail on uneven terrain

As much as we love our furry friends at SOLC, pets are not allowed. SOLC does make exceptions for ADA service animals. Companion animals, however, are not allowed.
