REGISTRATION will open on April 1st at 6am.
Expert birder and naturalist, Dennis Vroman, will lead an exploration of the beautiful bird life in the conserved Jacksonville Woodlands near the Britt Festival Grounds. We’ll bird a number of habitats including mixed evergreen forest and oak woodland. The federally listed Gentner’s fritillary may be in bloom.
The Southern Oregon Land Conservancy holds seven conservation easements on lands owned by the City of Jacksonville that are part of the Jacksonville Woodlands and Trails system. Learn more at landconserve.org/jacksonville-woodlands.

Difficulty: Easy, slow birding pace on trails. Round trip is about 2 miles over the 4 hours.
