Description: Nestled into a northern fold of the Siskiyou Mountains near Williams, Oregon, White Oak Farm (WOF) is a small, non-profit farm-based education center. Tour the conserved farm and forest with co-owner Taylor Starr and former SOLC board member, Dr. Tom Atzet, to learn about the farm’s sustainable land use practices, community programs, and restoration efforts. Then take a stroll through the forested hill above the farm with Tom and learn about the ecology and wildlife. Bring a bag lunch and enjoy eating with a view of the Williams Creek Watershed.

Meeting Location: Williams, OR. Medford carpool option is available.
Difficulty: Half the tour is on low valley bottom. The other half is on trails on a small forested hill.
