The Southern Oregon Land Conservancy protects land in perpetuity.

What does this mean?

Once a property is conserved, the Land Conservancy must ensure that the unique values present are retained throughout time.

Land Conservancy staff assist the landowner(s) in making land management decisions that enhance and preserve the conservation values of the land.

This is one of the most important aspects of our work. A stong stewardship program guarantees that land saved today will be protected in perpetuity.
