Occupation: Retired Insurance Company Executive.
Bill has served on the Board since 2002. He came to Southern Oregon from the Bay area where he was a founding board member of First American Title Company.

Occupation: Executive Director of WinterSpring
Julie is the former chair of the Department of Accounting at Western Washington University.  Prior to that, she was a Professor of Accounting at WWU.  She earned her Master's and Bachelor's degrees from the University of Illinois, specializing in Accounting, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Occupation: Jackson County Land Use Planner.
Charles has served on the Board since 2003 and has been active with the Ashland Conservation Commission, Greenpeace and Patagonia.

Occupation: Ranch Manager of C-2 Ranch.
C-2 ranch consists of more than 10,000 acres,  of which 1,600 wooded acres are permanently protected through the Southern Oregon Land Conservancy.
Dave is a member of the local Cattleman’s Association and in 2011 was awarded the Conservator of the Year through the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District.

Occupation: Land use planner and geography professor at Southern Oregon University.
Pat served in local government as a council member on the Ashland City Council as well as on the Mt. Ashland and Ashland Hospital Boards.
